Switching between views

When clicking to review a completed questionnaire, you will be automatically shown a List View.

List View

Preferable to perform bulk actions on multiple RFP responses and to sort or filter the output displayed.

Performing bulk actions on multiple selected questions

Approve: This will mark selected questions as approved (meaning, they're clear, ready to be sent to the client, and do not need further review).

Assign: This will notify a person on your team about the selected set of questions.

Change Owner: This will change the person whose review is needed to let a question to be marked as "approved"

Share a link: Select the questions you would like to share the view to and choose the "Link" button at the top right. This will give the recipient a List View into a selected set of questions.

Filtering

You can use the filters displayed in the image below: approval status, assignee, Quilt answer status, owner, and sheet name. Once it's filtered, you can continue to apply bulk actions to Quilt's output.

Sorting

You have three options to sort the output: default sorts them in the order they appeared on the sheets, priority sorts them by completion status, and confidence sorts them by how confident Quilt is in its response to a particular question. When sorting by priority and confidence, questions with no answer will appear first.

Focus View

Preferable to deep-dive into a question-answer pair and explore the references contributing to the response generation.

To enter the focus view, select the "Focus" button within an individual question's cell in the List View.

You can search up references and use them to regenerate the answer to a particular question in the focus view. See video for a how-to.

Sheet View

Preferable to see all question-answer pairs in their original position and get the most context about the uploaded document's format.

To customize your experience in the Sheet View, you can hide columns or freeze rows. See the video below for a how-to.
