Quilt Integrations: How to connect your knowledge base to Quilt?

Confluence, Gong, Notion, Slack channels, and more.

Confluence

  1. Connect Confluence to Quilt.

    1. Navigate to your integrations settings.

    2. Select "Connect" button near the Confluence integration. You will be redirected to a new tab.

    3. Add your Confluence domain into the bar. It should be what precedes ".atlassian.net" in your organization's Confluence link. Click "Submit."

    4. Scroll to accept terms. Then, close the tab.

  2. Select files to sync.

    1. Click on "Modify" near the Confluence integration. You will be shown the files that are currently synced to Quilt.

    2. To add more files, press "Add more files" in the upper right corner. Then, you can search or scroll through to find what you need.

    3. Select the files you want uploaded and click "Upload" at the bottom of the tab.

    4. You're all set!

Gong

  1. Connect Gong to Quilt.

    1. Navigate to your integrations settings.

    2. Select "Connect" button near the Gong integration. You will be redirected to a Google Auth popup.

    3. Navigate through the flow to accept terms. Then, close the popup.

  2. Select users, start date, and call titles to sync.

    1. Click on "Connect" near the Gong integration. You will be shown a popup menu to select files to sync from. Select "Confirm" when done.

    2. To add more calls, press "Modify" and repeat the workflow above.

    3. You can view the calls synced in the Source Documents section.

    4. You're all set!

Google Drive

  1. Connect Google Drive to Quilt.

    1. Navigate to your integrations settings.

    2. Select "Connect" button near the Drive integration. You will be redirected to a Google Auth popup.

    3. Navigate through the flow to accept terms. Then, close the popup.

  2. Select files to sync.

    1. Go to the Source Documents section.

    2. Press on "+ Source Documents" in the upper right corner, and a popup should appear.

    3. Select "Google Drive" and click to add the files necessary. To select multiple files hold down the Shift key.

    4. Click "Submit" when done.

    5. You're all set!

Notion

  1. Connect Notion to Quilt.

    1. Navigate to your integrations settings.

    2. Select "Connect" button near the Notion integration. You will be redirected to a new tab.

    3. Choose "+ Connect account." Then, navigate to select Notion pages and allow access to them. Once they're ready, you will be prompted to close the tab.

  2. Modify files to sync.

    1. Click on "Modify" near the Notion integration. You will be shown the files that are currently synced to Quilt.

    2. You will be able to toggle between "Synced files" and "Select files to sync" (see image below).

    3. To add more files, press "Add more files" in the upper right corner. Then, you can search or scroll through to find what you need.

      1. Note: If you do not see "Add more files" button, you are likely in the view where you can already do that. See GIF below.

    4. Select the files you want uploaded and click "Upload" at the bottom of the tab.

    5. You're all set!

Slack Data Source

  1. Connect Slack to Quilt.

    1. Navigate to your integrations settings.

    2. Select "Connect" button near the Slack integration. You will be redirected to a Slack Auth popup.

    3. Enter your organization's Slack org name. You can view it by clicking on the toggle-down arrow in your Slack workspace or by seeing your Slack's URL and choosing everything before ".slack.com".

    4. Navigate through the flow to accept terms. Then, close the popup.

  2. Select channels, start date, and usernames to sync.

    1. Click on "Connect" near the Slack integration. You will be shown a popup menu to select files to sync from. Select "Confirm" when done.

    2. To add more channels, press "Modify" and repeat the workflow above.

    3. You can view the messages synced in the Source Documents section.

    4. You're all set!
